Purchasing PRO COURSEWARE

Our PRO COURSEWARE products are for sale only to professional trainers and commercial training centers for use in delivering classes that utilize the courseware. In some regions of the world we may have exclusivity agreements which prevent us from selling courseware to additional companies or trainers in those regions.

In order to make your first purchase, or to receive permission to reprint course outlines and descriptions (in your class schedules, for example), we need some information from you.

Information on this site is copyrighted. Please do not reproduce course descriptions or outlines, or utilize SAPIEN trademarks or registered trademarks, without written permission.

You will need to contact us via e-mail at training@sapien.com, or by calling our office at +1 707-252-8700 (extension 215, 9am - 4pm US Pacific time), if you wish to do any of the following:

• Inquire about kit pricing (and availability in your region)
• Receive written permission to reproduce course descriptions and outlines in your class schedules
• Ask about courseware availability, or other courseware questions

If you wish to make a courseware purchase, please call our office at +1 707-252-8700 (select "sales," 9am - 4pm US Pacific time) and have your credit card ready. Note that we ship assembeld courseware kits within the US only; in the UK-European market, kit components are shipped unassembled from several locations in order to reduce shipping costs. Also note that regional exclusivity agreements may prevent us from selling courseware to you - we will advise you of this when you call, if it applies to you.

Before receiving written permission to reproduce course descriptions and outlines, or before making your first purchase, you will need to provide:

• Valid business license (for training centers)
• Proof of professional trainer certification (MCT or CTT+) (for trainers and training centers)

If you purchase at least twenty kits, you will be permitted to send one qualified trainer to one of our public classes without paying any class registration fee. This offer is designed to provide a "train the trainer" opportunity for your trainer.
